Welcome to 6Skates — the home of Canadian fingerboarding.
Based in Toronto, we’re more than just a shop — we’re a community hub, a hangout spot, and a launchpad for the next generation of fingerboarders.

We started in 2017, crafting full-size skateboard decks and accessories from recycled skateboards. That passion for quality, sustainability, and skate culture eventually led us to the world of fingerboarding — and the rest is history.
In July 2022, we opened our first physical shop, and by January 2023, we moved into our current location at 1936 Danforth Ave, giving Toronto its first and only full-time fingerboard shop and park.

What We Do

At 6Skates, we:

  Carry the best brands from around the world — from Blackriver to Dynamic, Maple, and beyond.

  Build and sell our own in-house decks, ramps, and parts, crafted with precision right here in Canada.

  Host events, contests, and meetups like Toronto Rendezvous, Boards by the Beach, and FingerboardCon — bringing the global community together.

  Keep the doors open to anyone who wants to drop in, session the parks, or just hang out. No entry fee. Ever.
  

Why We Exist

Fingerboarding has always been about more than just tricks — it’s about creativity, community, and play.

We built 6Skates to give Canada a real home for that energy. A place where ideas turn into products, strangers become friends, and fingerboarding stays fun.
